The case is easy to use and works as advertised. We have not taken it down beyond 10 feet or so, but it works great on the beach.Keep the sand and the rain pretty. The flash diffuser broke off right away, but doesn't seem to matter.In addition, upper enclosure of the lens is visible through the viewfinder and prevents some. But what we found is that you can't use the viewfinder underwater with goggles anyway and you just have to aim in the general direction of what you are shooting..
